Money-Saving Tips

1. Preventative HVAC maintenance is important. An annual tune up should be done for both air conditioning and heating equipment. Filters must be replaced when dirty (usually at least twice a year).
   
   This is done during your Preventative Maintenance.

2. Check your attic, attic stairway, attached garage walls and basement to ensure that you have proper insulation between conditioned and unconditioned spaces.
