Furnace, Boiler, and AC System Tune-Up: A tune-up, also called preventative maintenance, should be performed annually on your oil or gas heating and cooling systems, making them operate more efficiently. It is also a safety check which will detect any defective or damaged parts. An annual tune-up is recommended to keep your system running smoothly and efficiently. HVAC Installations & Upgrades
Correct Temp installs all brands of gas and oil heating and central air conditioning systems and equipment, including conventional, high-velocity, hydro-air systems, ductless split systems, hybrid systems, heat pumps, air cleaners & humidifiers to name a few. We use metal sealed & insulated ductwork and minimal flex. We never use ductboard on our installations.

Money-Saving Tips
- Select energy efficient products when you buy new heating and cooling equipment.
Look for high AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) ratings for furnaces and boilers and high SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) ratings for air conditioning equipment. - Clean and replace filters regularly. Dirty and dusty filters are the reason for half the repair calls to service technicians. A dirty, clogged filter will slow down air flow.
- Install proper sized equipment. Installing the right size equipment is essential to getting the best performance and comfort.
Bigger is not always better when buying new heating and cooling equipment. A system that's too large will not keep your home comfortable because of frequent on/off cycling. - Set your Thermostats correctly. When running your AC, do not turn the temperature down below 69 degrees. This could cause your unit to "freeze up" and you will not have air flow.
Set your thermostat as high as is comfortable in the summer and as low as is comfortable in the winter. Consider installing a programmable thermostat.
